AIESEC Global Village - Poland

AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization and it is an international non governmental organization that provides young people with leadership development, cross-cultural global internships, and volunteer exchange experiences across the globe. The organization focuses on empowering young people to make a positive impact on society. 

I was selected as an Ambassador to represent Sri Lanka for a period of 2 months from AIESEC SLIIT in the Year 2014 at Warsaw, Poland and conduct a Global Village. I was also given the opportunity to conduct workshops for polish primary school students about developing their interests in foreign languages such as English by showing them cultures and traditions of other countries.
