Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology, SLIIT is known as one of
the largest IT degree awarding institute in Sri Lanka in the field of
Computing, Business, Engineering and many others, recognized by many
foreign universities as well.
This year's walk was a memorable one as they are celebrating the 15th Anniversary and hence the SLIIT Walk for the year 2014 was themed as "15 Years of Excellence"
The walk was very eventful with a large participation of students across all branches of SLIIT in the country, Lecturers, Instructors and Administrative Staff. The walk was accompanied by a parade followed by a party and many more exciting events afterwards on 14th of September 2014 from 9:30 am onwards inception from Viharamahadevi park and ending with a 5 km journey together witht an after party.
